A good amount to take into this chapter. I do think the Soji truly does want to stop Hibana from sacrificing herself. Since the worst thing for him is to see the daughter he raised give up her life. I still think the gang still needs to be cautious around him because sacrificing Nico over Hibana would be prioritized.
It does make sense to cut the bone and distribute it if the smallest portion of it is needed. That means the gang needs to prepare for each of Shikimi’s followers. The issue with this information is that Shikimi could be aware that Soji doesn’t like what Hibana is doing.
