Helem’s use of cruel necromancy does make Elstri’s plan more sound. After all, if everyone else is revived as a puppet, they can keep things quiet. It does press things going forward with Atlus and Zira. Though you really wonder how long Elstri continue hunting Diana until she goes too far and the King interferes.
