In this episode Aramaki provided the evidence to the prime minister regarding Yakushima. Though he doesn’t aim to do it right, and considering The Laughing Man was shown to be Major Section 9, he is under fire. The prime minister aims to keep Aramaki safe, arguing that he can always rebuild Section 9 when the time is right. Aramaki has his hands tied. Despite Togusa arrest, Major and Batou managed to escape. It will be curious what these two will try to do undercover for now.
