In a conversation with Kanzai, Aramaki is told that Niimi’s superiors are not to be messed with. In which we see that Aramaki’s brother gets taken by the police and is essentially framed. Of course, for the first time we see Aramaki not acting as his calm self when he isn’t able to see his brother. It really shows how much he loves his brother since this is far from normal behavior. If not for Batou who knows what could have happened?
Even to add the woman they sent to complete Major’s procedure to take her out. Ironically, not for The Laughing Man, she would be dead. He mentioned giving her the full detail of the Laugh Man Incident. It will be curious what Section 9 will do with that information. But also dealing with the group that is after Aramaki.
