Of course, Moi will have to figure out his feelings. Of course Moi would take issue with stringing a bunch of girls along and creating a harem.
The other angle is Keigo and it is more unintentional. The game is a clear self-insert for Keigo. Remember that Nemu can be considered a monster girl since she can transform into animals. At the very least it feels clear that his heart is set on Nemu.
