Tokiyuki has also been super charismatic and loves and treasures his allies and enemies alike. This chapter is a reminder of that. Still an interesting point to bring back to Tokiyuki’s father and how he was a great leader but then became a puppet. Tokiyuki will go out on his own terms, it seems.


I wonder if we are going to get some perspective from the new version of Takauji. As we can see, there are even more similarities between him and Tokiyuki than we had thought, as he forgave his enemies like we have seen with Tokiyuki. Of course there are some who are unforgiving to him, which is understandable.
