In this volume we had the showdown between Kuroe and the flying Kaiju. Given this romance it feels right that Minami’s love for Kuroe is what brings her back to being able to get the other Kaiju to retreat.
It seems obvious at this point that Minami knew that Kuroe was Harugon, but now it’s a shock for the others to find this out as well. Now with Rinko back perhaps we might get some more answers.
