It’s interesting that there is hope to bring back Seiichi. It gives Iori some hope, but I feel like the right decision would be not to sacrifice the blade. Granted, I don’t blame Chihiro for not giving up on that possibility.
It is also interesting to see at the end of part 1 where Chihiro is following in his father’s footsteps.
