Just the way that Soga talks to Chihiro really shows how close he & Kunishige were. I really want to know what the moment was when Kunishige finally decided to go against his brother-in-law.
Both Chihiro & his uncle state they aim to eradicate evil & protect the weak. The fact Soga says this and Hakuri must be killed is definitely something Chihro won’t budge on. I just imagine that the stuff with the auction was happening for so long that he just views the family and the power of the storehouse as something that must be eliminated. But what can these two do against Soga?
