From the first half of the episode where we see Tolui conquering and then we see Ögedei being poisoned by the same illness that Boraqchin suffered. Despite Töregene being the main suspect I would strongly doubt she is the guilty client. Something with the ceremony and the fact that Tolui is the one to drink the water. If something is up with that water then that means someone who wanted to bring down Tolui’s faction. Considering Sitara’s plan was to elevate Tolui’s side so Chagatai’s side would be jealous. Considering that Boraqchin wanted to avoid that and this scenario would stop that. More than likely the suspect is Boraqchin, but there is more of the question of potentially why. Also, things are going too smoothly it seems.
