It is interesting to see throughout the series that Ichi went from a lone wolf to head of the pack, using his collections of Majiks as a pack of wolves. It is a reminder of how terrifying he can be if it comes down to it. Uroro planned to use Ichi and this more than likely makes things more difficult on his end.
With this whole arc underway, it is easy to forget that Gokuraku was considered a criminal in the minds of the witches. So his arrival to meet them should absolutely have him feeling nervous.
