The talk between Gokuraku & Richia was great. As a reminder that Gokuraku saved Kagami when everyone was brainwashed. Though I doubt people will hate Richia as much as she states, as she is the right person to lead their country.
Of course this allows Gokuraku to do what his heart desires. Ichi was a main force to save Kagami, so it would feel wrong to not repay that debt. But also because Ichi and he are friends. It will be interesting to see Gokuraku being added to the group.
