As expected, Mimi’s immortality is a notable issue. I do like how it focuses on Mimi’s side, and it’s not a surprise she never really applied herself on the battlefield. So, she wants to be a worthy partner for Sheena in areas where Sheena excels; it is good to see.
Also for Mimi, her friendship with Hal continues to be very well done. Hal is someone who was brought up to be a certain way, and Mimi is the first person who has accepted her. A lot of her insecurities are relatable because she really has to work hard.
It makes sense that Mimi has to take medicine to keep up appearances; she wants to be with Sheena. Still, if she never ages mentally, is that something that could cause issues because the age gap with Sheena will only grow larger? It might end up having their dynamic going back to being mother and daughter.
