Man, you have to feel for Reo because of what he has gone through. It is awful to hope the kids mother wouldn’t come, but in reality she seems like a great mother. You know Reo has a good head on his shoulders.
This chapter definitely showed Reo that Gramps & Ryo care for him, as they are his family. I do like that he doesn’t burn the photo because what his father did was shitty. At the same time, that serves as his connection to the family. It’s a bit of a reminder that he belongs here. Just hope he has more confidence going forward.
