Home at the Horizon – Chapter 11

It was interesting to learn Mitsuki’s backstory, and he was definitely the favored child. It seemed he was dealing with illness when he was young, so it would make sense if he could be more independent; then their parents would care for this older brother. But rather, that didn’t change, and in many ways they never looked at him as a son. Mitsuki’s feelings never reached his brother and basically became worse.

Now in the present, Mitsuki now looks at Ryo like his brother. But more like he wants him to fill the gap, but unlike his brother, he looked at him. Sadly, his regret in the falling out with his brother is presented very unhealthily here in what he wants from Ryo. He wants Ryo to be the older brother he never had. Hopefully things don’t get too out of hand here.
