In this episode we see Makoto exploring the place that Kuze helped out when he was Roh. He was a hero to this community, and we can truly see that with Chai. Who aspires to be like his hero Roh even if he is over his head? Sadly it is foolishness on his part because his courage is real, but he needs to be more aware of what he can do. Makoto’s main point is that you can be like Roh without a prosthetic. It’s interesting to learn more about who Kuze used to be, but how did Roh end up as Kuze?
