No surprise after the events of last episode that Section 9 is looking to investigate Gohda. The real question is what Gohda and the CIS are after. Clearly Section 9 should look at them as a threat. Logically looking into the Individual Eleven makes sense. It appears that another one connected to the group is Sho Kawashima.
Though CIS is using Section 1 much like they did with Section 9, since a hitman named Wong Chu Ren was taking Kawashima’s face. So now we know why they end up in the same area with both being played. We even got Gohda and the CIS knowing the name of the cyborg who attempted to kill the Prime Minister, and that was Hideo Kuze. More likely there is some tie between Gohda and the Individual Eleven.
