Izumi coming to Oliver’s aid was a nice help. Also, it is fun to see the teamwork of Sig and Alex once again. Still, Hohenheim encounters Father again. It is quite funny to see the remark of Father wanting a family. It is quite the strategy from Hohenheim, having the Philosopher’s Stone attack Father from within. Though that doesn’t seem to be a long-term solution.
It isn’t a surprise that King Bradley survived. Still, his presence makes things awkward. Luckily, Ed recruiting Greed is given a huge payoff because he is one of the few people that can match up with Bradley. This time, though, Greed has the abilities of Lin to use. Though it is clear as day Lin is letting Greed operate first unless things happen with his family. Quite the strategy from both Gramps and Buccaneer to take the sword that Bradley stabbed Buccaneer with and use Gramps as a shield to hit Bradley. Though I doubt that would be enough.
The bad news is that before catching up to Hohenheim and Father, they meet one of the notable researchers for the Philosopher’s Stone. It appears that the ones they aimed to sacrifice have been taken. What does it mean, and I’m curious why Roy wasn’t absorbed.
