Essentially, asking someone who knows about hacks isn’t the best. Since their existence is a hack, you don’t know if you can communicate with them. So going in a more traditional approach makes more sense, as having to do a hack just to hope you can obtain information is far too risky.
Of course that relies on the internet, and the internet most likely has something. Kokudo from the incident with Hitsujiya. Though the fact he did the hack to save does showcase he cares about Hitsujiya.
The issue is finding people who have experience with hacks on the internet is like a 1% pull rate. Still, Yuki did find some leads that had potential. Though it seems both Kokudo and she pulled a dud. I do get the feeling Hitsujiya, with how the chapter ends, will be the one with the hit. Hitsujiya definitely has the most interesting luck if he ends up encountering people who have experience with hacks outside Kokudo and Yuki.
