Interesting that for Shoemi he mentions Akane understands the concept of death. However, the God of Death is a different concept. As gods see over all life and death. There is no God in Akane’s story.
I guess she wants to figure out the difference in Shiguma’s story from her own. More so, Shomei talking about his master would help things here. We get another flashback arc, which I am excited to learn more of.
