Gokuraku being under scrutiny by the witches makes sense. Still, as Joe points out Gokuraku’s talent is great much like Ichi. Only difference is he can’t naturally wield magic. This at least gets the one roadblock from him being able to pay his debit with Ichi, but it also pays his debt to his crimes in general. So it kills two birds with one stone for Gokuraku. Not to mention doing good will help his nation of Kagami.
Next Ichi will be amking his debut and well a male witch should definetly be interesting with the attention he gets.
