It’s been long overdue, but we finally got a main arc with Kaisei at the focus. Now some things to consider for the event: Issho has both Kaisei and Akane performing. One key thing Kaisei says is, We won’t fail you this time. Clearly something Kaisei did or performed did not match Issho’s expectations. Also the fact he is learning Shiguma’s art too.

Akane being under Issho still hits her emotions, and I can’t blame her. Her goal was to beat him and prove him wrong. Not to be his apprentice, but of course Issho might be the perfect Master for Akane at this point. As she doesn’t need a father like Apprentice Shiguma. Good, she got her eyes on the prize and realized what she needs to do.

Of course the pressure is on these two, as we know how big of an impact the previous Shiguma had on Issho, given the event is happening on the anniversary of his death.
