The chapter with Kabaneji was good on two fronts. Curses are different forms. Sachiko is a locational curse. As the location is Seiroku’s school. Curious what important ties the school has to Sachiko. More than likely this is the short-term goal for Seiroku.
Kabaneji is a curse of war, which is clearly not the same type as Sachiko. There are so many wars it’s difficult to imagine what they are. It appears that a curse can come from a conflict or event. Wars are notable events. Hard press to think where Seiroku can start to learning more about Kabaneji. I did like the focus of the chapter that regardless of Kabaneji being a curse of war he truly is a good individual.
