This episode had Cheng in this time understanding how his powers work. Though curious how long Guang can continue to hide things behind his back. Still he enters the past as Wang Qing to get some clues on who is the one who survived from the fire incident that involved his father. It ends up being Wang who is the one who survived. She was a top student who suffered from bullying. Perhaps that fact will be of aid to Cheng. The fact she was a student of Cheng’s father is something very notable.
Going to Vein for help is obviously not ideal, but as Guang says he is well connected. It will be interesting how things go from here.
