A first episode that gives a unique vibe in an anthropomorphic setting. Given the title, we have Hiroshi Odokawa who feels like a boomer of sorts. As the name Satoshi Nagashima is the one reported missing. Still, given that there is someone hiding in her apartment, it feels likely that it is her. Still curious why he would seek to hide her.
In contrast, we have Dobu, given that he is staring at Hiroshi’s cab, which clearly has a connection. So perhaps Dobu was after Satoshi. What is his aim? At the end we see the older police brother offer the clip from Hiroshi’s cab to Dobu. Granted, it is obvious he wasn’t to be trusted when he mentioned, Don’t go to the police.
The real curious one is when the scene cuts from the mention of the missing medicine to the nurse going inside the cab. Does that mean the nurse has a connection to this, or is it a red herring?
