As expected, the Magikeepers are the only ones that keep the witches in check from abusing their power. Though for them to not go after the World-Hater Majik is puzzling because technically that is not their job, but at the same time he is a serious threat. Also funny how they are a male group vs. the witches, where before Ichi was exclusively female.
It was quite the surprise to see Ichi reunited with Minakata. Curious how he joined the Magikeepers.
