As Richeh was on her own, Agott made her way to try to help Euini. Richeh finally has a moment where she figures it out. For her, she always wanted to hold onto what makes her stand out as a witch. Her fear of doing what everyone does would mean she would lose what makes her special. It is impossible for people to perform the same way. It’s great to see Richeh’s motivation rising.

A departure from the exam, and we see Lord Easthies, captain of the Knights of Moralies. We see his order is made to keep everything in line. As the Brimmed Caps want chaos with forbidden magic. These knights want order. Which more than likely leaves Qifrey as the man in the middle of these two extremes. No doubt they will be a constant force facing Coco.

Qifrey’s battle with the Brimmed Cap is a showcase of why the fundamentals are important. Of course the power from the forbidden spells is great, but that power can keep your basic skills lacking. Since forbidden magic can be seen as a cheat of sorts. Still, their plan is to use Coco to showcase the forbidden spell’s power. Still, the question is still why Coco?

As Coco stared at the possibility of how to save Euini. The easy answer would be to use a forbidden spell, but that would go against what she has been taught by Qifrey. The interesting answer was to take the forbidden spell and reverse the symbols. After all, if you reverse a spell, you can negate it in a way. In such a way it wouldn’t be forbidden anymore. Sadly it doesn’t work because it hasn’t been tested. At least the girls were able to get Iguin to revert Euini back. The problem is that he has two seals on him, so it’s tricky.

Thankfully, Richeh comes back and requests the aid of Olruggio, who aids the wounded Qifrey. Her magic allows Euini to be able to hide from now. Alaira is staying with him, which shows what a good teacher is like. Hopefully they can figure out a way to restore Euini back to his old self. Though it seems the group isn’t out of the woods just yet.
