Fullmetal Alchemist – Volume 21

Quite the bold move from Grumman to take out Bradley while he was on the train. Smart move because he can’t do much if his transportation collapses. I doubt Bradley is dead, given he is a homunculus, but this does aid Roy in buying more time to investigate.

It’s good to see that Ed is at least able to control himself somewhat when meeting his father again. Though more importantly, Ed’s gamble on trusting Lin pays off. Greed is mighty on his own, but Lin’s ability to sense the homunculus is pretty clutch. Pride depends on his eyesight, while Gluttony has the strength of smell.

Still, Pride really showcases how scary he can be because taking away his sight is the only thing stopping him. At least they were able to free Al from his clutches. He definitely is the cruelest of the homunculi for eating Gluttony. I wonder what Ed and Hohenheim plan to do because by eating Gluttony, he covered his main weakness.
