The action in this episode was absolutely incredible. This was the best the action has been so far. One thing noticeable is how Kivia reacts to fighting kids. It’s clear that she hasn’t been thrown in the deep end like Frenci and Xylo. Though it is clear she came to a big realization with the 2nd name the Guildmaster gave.
It’s quite interesting how the two humans in Boojum’s group feel about siding with the Demon Blight. For the Armored Knight, all he cares about is money, even if it means betraying humanity. Shiji Bau has a more normal reaction because she would betray her humanity to survive. No surprise, committing to that decision is much harder than Boojum realizes.
Still, the ending is dark and brutal for the Guildmaster. He is killed because it is clear he did provide important information. Though it seems Spriggan took over her body, and who knows since when. The Guildmaster seeing his family dead in his final moments is sad.
