Marriagetoxin – Volume 2

The rescue of Himekawa ends, and one thing that is for sure is that she is a fighter. At the same time, Gero is a very sincere person. Mention wanting to build up their relationship, which is fair. At the very least, Gero has gotten his feet wet, and as Kinosaki mentions, he isn’t committed to a relationship yet.

His next target is Shiori Ureshino. Essentially she is the next heir to her father’s company, which her aunt isn’t too happy about. Unlike with Himekawa this is a better situation for Gero to be more independent from Kinosaki. Her anxiety is something that Gero can help with.

Gero is protecting Shiori against a sound user, and it is interesting how the sound user tries to go about trying to assassinate Shiori. Sound can mess with our minds, and him almost getting Shiori to commit suicide is quite scary. At least Gero is around. The end of the volume is concerning because the sound user ended up manipulating the students to think they would need to sacrifice one of them.
