Takauji baits out Tokiyuki and ensures to take away his biggest strength. I do commend Takauji for this strategy because he clearly is not as powerful mentally as he was before. Plus it’s 3 on 1 technically.
Throughout this manga, it has shown the similarities between these two. You think about the unfortunate events both dealt with, and there could have been a possibility these two began as allies. Hell, even brothers from a point of view.
